Dominic Solanke to Tottenham is a transfer rumour that is starting to gain a bit of traction.
The Cherries’ striker is said to be a concrete target for Tottenham as they look to bolster their attack ahead of the new season.
Ange Postecoglou is apparently very keen to sign Solanke, but Bournemouth do seem to be rather relaxed about this rumour.
Indeed, according to Steve Kay, speaking on KS1 TV, Bournemouth aren’t putting too much stock into the idea that Solanke will be leaving.
The journalist says that he has spoken to someone at Bournemouth recently, and all they were saying about Solanke is that they were looking forward to having him next season.

What Bournemouth sources are saying about Dominic Solanke
Kay shared what someone at Bournemouth has told him about the striker.
“I spoke to someone at Bournemouth today and they didn’t say much, they didn’t want to add to this speculation. They just said that they are looking forward to having him next season. Take that for what you will. It’s always a bit cryptic and sometimes they tell you things you want to hear,” Kay said.

Bournemouth are keeping things quiet
As Kay says, these sorts of things are always very cryptic, and just because this source says he’s looking forward to having Solanke next season doesn’t necessarily mean he will be staying at the club.
Indeed, this is very much the equivalent of a ‘no comment’ answer in football. As things stand, Solanke is set to start next season with Bournemouth, but, as we all know, things can change very quickly in football.
Solanke is said to want to join Tottenham, and if Spurs come in with a bid, the striker may well end up moving to north London.
This remains a situation to keep a close eye on as Tottenham look to bolster their attack.
