Ian McGarry has told the Transfer Window podcast that Tottenham Hotspur’s players are currently doubting Nuno’s in game management.
Tottenham player concerns
Nuno has come under real pressure at Tottenham, after defeats in three consecutive matches.
Tottenham’s latest loss in the North London derby was particularly damaging.
Spurs fell to a 3-1 loss against their biggest rivals and their performance on the day was nothing short of abject.
Nuno waited until his side were 3-0 down before making any changes to Tottenham’s system.
And it is claimed that the players are now beginning to question his in game plans and attitude on the touchline.
McGarry said: “What I’ve heard from people close to the Tottenham dressing room is the players are not impressed by Nuno’s in game management, they don’t think he’s pro active enough when they suffer difficulties in game.
“Also his body language is negative and stands on the touchline with his arms folded and doesn’t get involved with giving out instructions to change things.
“The players have been bickering among themselves about their being no plan b, and therefore they effectively don’t know what they’re supposed to be doing to remedy the first goal.”

Worrying for Nuno
Nuno has only been in charge for a matter of months, so the current noises coming out of Tottenham do not look promising.
While Spurs will not want to make any rash decisions yet, unless he can spark a dramatic turnaround in the coming weeks, the doubts about his future will only grow louder.
Tottenham have scored just four goals in their first six Premier League matches, and they have begun to concede more freely recently.
Spurs are next in action against Aston Villa at the weekend, and another defeat could well spell disaster for the Portuguese boss already.
