Some Glasgow Rangers fans have waxed lyrical about Joe Aribo’s display for the Ibrox outfit today.
Steven Gerrard’s Gers ran out 2-1 winners at St Johnstone to go top of the Scottish Premiership table.
Rangers didn’t get off to the best start, falling behind in the 51st minute through Michael O’Halloran’s neat strike.

However, the Light Blues drew level seven minutes later when Ryan Kent won a penalty and Kemar Roofe blasted home from the spot.
And James Tavernier sent the Rangers fans into raptures with a long-range effort in the 79th minute for all three points.
As for Aribo, he laboured in the first half, but moving to the right in what became a 4-2-2-2 saw him improve massively.
The 25-year-old played the ball that led to the penalty, was a threat in the final third and won the ball back plenty of times, chasing lost causes and blocking crosses.
