What Harry Kane is doing inside Bayern dressing room after links with Eric Dier

Bayern Munich have been linked with a move to sign Tottenham Hotspur star Eric Dier this month, and Harry Kane is pushing for this to happen.

Spurs mean business in this window, don’t they? Timo Werner has already come in while Radu Dragusin is said to be on his way. The focus now will be outgoings, and Dier could be the first one to go.

Harry Kane is ‘driving’ Eric Dier move from inside Bayern Munich dressing room

Harry Kane left Tottenham Hotspur to join Bayern Munich in the summer.

The Englishman was undoubtedly Spurs’ best player during his time in England. He was one of the best in the world, and it looks like he has become even better in Germany.

Kane has scored 25 goals and provided eight assists in just 22 games. He is loving life at Bayern, and he’s now said to be keen to bring his good pal to the Allianz Arena this month.

Journalist Alex Crook has claimed that Kane is ‘driving’ Bayern Munich’s interest in Eric Dier from inside their dressing room. Thomas Tuchel is really keen to sign him too.

He told GiveMeSport: “Tottenham would definitely let him go. Probably for a minimal fee to get him off the wage bill. He knows he’s not going to get a new deal at Spurs. So either way he can find somewhere else come the summer.

“I think his preference is probably to go and play for a European club. Maybe finding that pre-contract agreement with someone like Sporting Lisbon.

“If Bayern follow up their interest then obviously he’d be keen on that and Harry Kane is sort of driving that from inside the dressing room as well as Thomas Tuchel.”

Dier to Bayern looks likely

Tottenham appear to have beaten Bayern Munich in the race to sign Radu Dragusin from Genoa.

The Bundesliga giants seemed like the favourites at one point, but Spurs improved their offer overnight and that was enough to seal the deal.

Bayern are now still in the market for a new centre-back, and Sky Sports Germany’s Florian Plettenberg has claimed that Eric Dier is the man they want to sign now.

That deal would just be the best thing for all parties – Spurs get Dragusin, Bayern get Dier and Harry Kane is a happy man.
