TBR Football can exclusively reveal that Eintracht Frankfurt have told Omar Marmoush he can leave in January should an offer of £50 million be received for the forward.
Marmoush has made quite a name for himself this season with the German club having produced 30 goal contributions in 24 matches.
But now, there is a possibility they could lose him mid-season as TBR Football has learned that Frankfurt have verbally agreed to let him leave for their asking price of £50 million.
Eintracht Frankfurt will sell Omar Marmoush in January for £50m
Manchester City are looking at signing Omar Marmoush this month with intermediaries working on it, sources have told TBR Football’s chief correspondent Graeme Bailey.
The Premier League champions’ chances of landing the Egyptian this month now appear very real given Frankfurt’s gentleman’s agreement of sorts with the player.

Frankfurt insist they want to keep the forward, however, every player has a price and they did not anticipate that anyone would even consider paying £50 million in January.
The German club have been caught by surprise by City’s firm interest, although as TBR Football reported earlier this month, they were aware that clubs in England were following Marmoush closely.
Pep Guardiola’s side are keen to reinforce the squad this month and will now need to decide whether to drop £50 million on the 25-year-old.
Omar Marmoush is on fire this season
Marmoush has an incredible record this season for Frankfurt and it is no wonder one of Europe’s best teams are now looking to recruit him.
The Egyptian international has already won the Player of the Month award in the German top flight on two occasions winning in September and November.
The forward is currently the second top scorer in the Bundesliga with 13 goals in 15 appearances and is just one behind Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane.
