Jose Enrique believes Arsenal star Bukayo Saka would be an excellent signing for Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool.

The Englishman has been in fine form recently. He scored his 10th goal of the season last weekend to become Arsenal’s joint-highest goalscorer this season along with Emile Smith Rowe.

Saka is already Arsenal’s best player and he has the potential to become one of the very best in the Premier League in just a few years’ time.

He can go on to become an Arsenal legend as well but that will not be possible if a rival club snaps him up.

Saka will enter the final two years of his contract this summer and reports have claimed that Arsenal will offer him a new deal that would see his salary go up massively.

Every Arsenal fan expected the youngster to sign a new contract, but if he doesn’t, Liverpool are ready to pounce and steal him away from the Emirates in one of the next few transfer windows.

That’s according to ESPN, who claimed recently that Klopp’s side will make a move for Saka if Arsenal fail to tie him down to a long-term contract.

Former Red Enrique would absolutely love that. “For me, what a signing he will be for us! (He’s) someone that we need to play in that right-wing with Salah,” he wrote on Instagram.

Saka would definitely be an incredible signing for Liverpool or any other club in the Premier League for that matter.

Branded as a ‘truly outstanding’ player by Andy Townsend, the 20-year-old has everything in his game. He can create, score and even play in about five different positions, making him a fantastic option for any side.

However, Arsenal simply cannot afford to lose Saka, even if they receive in excess of £100 million for him.

Mikel Arteta and Edu just have to find a way to extend his deal in the coming months as the longer this drags on, the more clubs will come in for the hugely talented young Englishman.
