‘What a man’ – Plenty of Everton fans are delighted with Carlo Ancelotti

Everton completed a brilliant comeback win at Watford yesterday as the revival under Carlo Ancelotti continued. 

The Toffees came from two goals down to win out at Vicarage Road. A double from Yerry Mina and a late winner from Theo Walcott was enough to send the Merseysiders back with all three points.

The turnaround under Ancelotti has been remarkable. Everton have lost just one of the last ten games and the Italian has to take big credit for flipping the atmosphere at Goodison Park on its head.

Ancelotti is one of the most experienced and best managers in world football. His record speaks for itself and when Everton got him, it was a massive coup for the club.

Their fans, too, are seemingly loving life under Ancelotti.

The Italian has his own Twitter account too, which he used yesterday to praise the performance of his team.

Naturally, then, there were plenty of Toffees fans on hand who wanted to reply and thank their new boss.

Some Everton fans are hoping for a long spell of success under Ancelotti. Indeed, certain fans seem confident he can write his name in club folklore.

No surprises from a world-class boss – TBR View

It’s little surprise to see Carlo Ancelotti doing so well at Goodison Park.

He’s managed some of the biggest clubs and players in world football. Managing Everton, then, without sounding disrespectful, should be a walk in the park.

Ancelotti has been at Real Madrid, Chelsea, and AC Milan. Clubs where the demand is success and titles. Clubs where players often try and exert their influence on proceedings.

He will have success with the Toffees. There is no doubt that with a full summer behind him and one or two more additions, the Italian will have Everton challenging.

It will surely not be too long before we see Everton once again challenging for those top four spots.
