West Ham United youngster Nathan Holland has admitted on Instagram that he is absolutely devastated after having his loan spell at Oxford United and season cut short by injury.
Holland looked to be making a big impact during his time with the League One side. He scored twice in seven league games at the Kassam Stadium. He also bagged one against Newcastle United in the FA Cup.

Holland had to be taken off after 40 minutes of last Saturday’s clash with Shrewsbury Town. And he has now confirmed on social media that he will miss the rest of the campaign.
The 21-year-old suggested that he was devastated to leave Oxford prematurely, and paid tribute to everyone associated with the club.

Here is what Holland posted on social media…
The news represents a big blow for the midfielder. But he clearly has the talent to bounce back in the future.
He looked to be regularly catching the eye of West Ham fans while he was playing for the under-23s. And Oxford supporters will be devastated that his time with the club has concluded.
It would arguably not be a surprise to see Holland involved with the Hammers first-team upon his return from injury.
He has whetted the appetite for what is to come during his time on loan. And there are going to be plenty of Irons supporters hoping to see him unleashed for them when he is back fit.
