Tottenham Hotspur have enjoyed a good season for the most part as they remain in contention for a Premier League top-four spot.
Last term, a manager-less Spurs outfit limped to an eighth-placed finish in the league, and their future didn’t exactly look bright.
However, Ange Postecoglou quickly dragged Tottenham back up by the scruff of their neck and turned things around early on in his tenure.
Indeed, Spurs looked like potential dark horses for the title at one point, and although few expected them to keep it up, they’re still very much in contention for a European finish.
Another noticeable thing about Tottenham this season has been their style of play. Spurs are a completely different proposition to how they were under Antonio Conte.

Under Postecoglou, Tottenham are adventurous, swashbuckling and proactive, which has made them a much more entertaining watch for fans and neutrals.
West Ham United forward Michail Antonio and Fulham captain Tom Cairney have now had their say on Spurs’ style of play this season.
What have Michail Antonio and Tom Cairney said about Tottenham this season?
Antonio said on the latest episode of The Players’ Channel: “I’m not going to lie though, how they play is a madness. It is quality.”
Cairney added: “It is exciting. If you go from Conte to him, as a fan, it is a big improvement to watch.”
It’s good to hear opposition players laud Tottenham’s playing style. Even though Spurs’ results haven’t been the best of late, it shows they’re heading in the right direction.
Daniel Levy spoke about Postecoglou’s “fast, attacking style of play” in the first sentence of his statement announcing the 58-year-old’s appointment last year.
This shows how important it was to get a manager who played ‘the Tottenham way’, and over the coming seasons things should fall into place as the squad improves, both in terms of signings and of the current players getting more accustomed to the style of play.
