West Ham are reportedly interested in trying to sign Watford’s Gerard Deulofeu on Deadline Day.
According to the Sun, the Hammers have made an enquiry for the 24-year-old attacker and are yet to make an official offer.
It is understood that Watford have already turned down a £22million bid from AC Milan for the speed machine and will demand £30million for his sale.
West Ham should avoid Deulofeu at a lofty £30million price tag, as he would be too risky a signing and could definitely underwhelm at the London Stadium.

Deulofeu is a versatile attacker that can play at striker or on the wing and has played for some top clubs like Barcelona and AC Milan already in his career.
The Spaniard is most familiar to English audiences from his time with Everton, but is currently a Watford player and can be dangerous on his day.
He’s scored three goals and supplied three assists in 17 Premier League games so far this campaign, which is a good summary of his ability.
Deulofeu has the trickery and pace to terrorise defences on form, but the inconsistency factor is why he would be a gamble at £30million.
West Ham certainly need an injection of something in attack to help them out, but could surely do better than overpaying for Deulofeu.
