West Ham have completed the signing of Jesse Lingard on loan until the end of the season.
The Hammers announced the move on Friday night as the Manchester United attacker and England international made the switch from Old Trafford to the London Stadium.
Lingard has enjoyed a fruitful career at Man Utd over the years, clocking up over 200 competitive appearances for his boyhood club.
However, he has barely featured for his side this season, with just three appearances under his belt – and none in the Premier League or Champions League.

It is understood that Newcastle and West Brom approached Lingard’s representatives about signing him on loan, but the player rejected their offers.
The Evening Standard has claimed that West Ham will pay a loan fee of £1.5million and also cover the entire cost of the 28-year-old’s wages of more than £100,000-a-week.
With West Ham flying high in the Premier League and also in the fifth round of the FA Cup, Lingard’s arrival comes at a good time, with David Moyes’ charges looking to maintain their momentum.
The Hammers turned Said Benrahma’s loan from Brentford into a permanent move earlier this week, freeing up a domestic loan slot for Lingard’s arrival.
And following his move, plenty of United fans wished him well:
