Manuel Pellegrini’s side have plenty of creative playmakers in their squad, but could perhaps do with an extra strike next year to help finish off chances.

Augustin has previously been on the Hammers radar and moving for him at the end of the season could be wise.

The youngster is a centre-forward with excellent pace and the £35million fee would be an investment in someone with immense potential.

He’s scored eight goals in 28 games across all competitions this season and certainly has the attributes to trouble Premier League defences.

Pellegrini is building a talented group of players that should really push for the European spots and is perhaps a star-studded striker away from doing it.
