West Ham midfielder, Tomas Soucek, has been tipped to make a move to one of Europe’s elite clubs by his former coach Dusan Uhrin Jr.
Speaking to the BBC this week, Uhrin, who coached Soucek at Slavia, believes that talk of some of the big clubs in Europe and the Premier League being keen on the Hammers star is unsurprising.

Soucek has been in blistering form this season for West Ham. Excluding penalties, he is the top scoring midfield player in the Premier League, with eight goals to his name.
And Uhrin wouldn’t be at all surprised if Soucek eventually moved on from his reported £67k-a-week deal in East London.
“He is constantly improving, so why not? Who scores eight goals from his position? I wouldn’t expect a transfer to Bayern, but rather a team in England,” Uhrin said.

The Hammers, of course, will be desperate to keep hold of Soucek. They only signed him in the summer on a permanent deal, after the midfielder impressed in a short loan spell at the club.
TBR View: Soucek is old school, but brilliant for West Ham
Soucek’s contribution to this West Ham team has been nothing short of magnificent. His partnership with Declan Rice has proven to be one of the best pairings in the league.
West Ham should do all they can to keep Soucek. And even though he only arrived in the summer, there is an argument to be made a new deal could already be in the pipeline, such is his impact.
If he does leave, then West Ham could at least command a big fee. They have hit the nail on the head signing Soucek, he’s been a brilliant signing.
