West Ham fans rip ‘awful’ defender Ryan Fredericks to shreds after Cardiff defeat

West Ham slipped to a poor 2-0 away defeat to Cardiff City on Saturday – and many of the club’s fans were not thrilled with the performance of defender Ryan Fredericks.

The Hammers were beaten once again away from home, as Junior Hoilett scored in the first-half and Victor Camarasa added a second after the interval to give the hosts the points.

It was another case of one step forward and two steps back for Manuel Pellegrini’s team, who are struggling to find themselves in a mixed season.

They do remain ninth in the table as it stands, but are going to need a mighty turnaround if they are to finish in seventh.
