West Ham United are reportedly interested in signing Joe Allen from Stoke City this summer.
The Telegraph claim the Potters are prepared to let the Wales international leave, with Watford also keen.

Allen – a £13 million signing in 2016 (BBC Sport) – has been in decent form this term, scoring six goals and registering three assists in the Championship so far.
But Nathan Jones is prepared to let the experienced midfielder depart, along with the £30 million-rated Jack Butland.
Badou Ndiaye will return from his loan spell with Galatasaray, meaning playing opportunities could be limited next term for Allen.
West Ham are supposedly ready to try again for the former Liverpool and Swansea City man, who has bags of Premier League experience.

Allen has made 199 top-flight appearances and could well be a decent addition to the Hammers’ squad.
He is under contract until 2022 at the Bet365 Stadium so would likely not come too cheap, but the club are still rated as ‘likely’ to move for him according to the Telegraph.
West Ham fans react
Some Hammers supporters were less than impressed with the reports linking their club with a move for the playmaker, with many feeling it is years too late:
