West Ham fans react to reported interest in Brentford winger Said Benrahma

West Ham have been linked with a move for Brentford attacker Said Benrahma – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter have reacted positively to the speculation about him.

The Mirror reports that David Moyes’ team will enter the race to sign the Championship winger if Brentford fail to gain promotion to the Premier League from their upcoming play-offs matches.

It is understood that the Hammers boss wants to bring younger players and Championship stars to the London Stadium, plus the club could be looking to offload Andriy Yarmolenko, Felipe Anderson and Albian Ajeti from their squad.

Benrahma, 24, is a trickster blessed with immense skill on the ball and he’s been a star individual in the second-tier this season.

He reportedly has a £35million price tag (La Gazette du Fennec), with his reputation continuing to grow following his performances in the past 12 months.

He’s a direct left-winger that has 17 goals and nine assists across all competitions so far this season in 43 appearances.
