West Ham are reportedly interested in a potential swoop for Arsenal centre-forward Eddie Nketiah – and some of the club’s fans have responded on Twitter by stating they should avoid signing him.
The Evening Standard claims that West Ham have added the Arsenal youngster to their shortlist, as they look for a replacement at striker for recently sold Sebastien Haller.
David Moyes’ side can reportedly spend the £20million from Haller’s sale to find a replacement and are keeping tabs on the 21-year-old.
The report explains that it’s unknown if Arsenal would be willing to grant the England Under-21 international’s exit, but they could use his sale to reinvest in a creative midfielder.

With Michail Antonio now left as the only senior forward at West Ham, they quickly need to bring in another option.
Nketiah is a young talent that has produced some bright moments in an Arsenal shirt. He’s scored 12 goals in 57 senior games, as well as being a hit for the England’s Under-21s.
He’s netted three goals in the Europa League group stages this season, but has only started a few league matches.
A selection of West Ham supporters on social media don’t feel like Nketiah is a suitable target for them and believe they should be looking elsewhere this month.
Here are some Hammers fans discussing Nketiah:
