West Ham fans react to performance of Pablo Fornals in win over Leeds
West Ham United defeated Leeds United 2-0 to continue their recent good form and flex their credentials for a European place. Afterwards, Pablo Fornals earnt praise for his standout performance.
Goals by Jesse Lingard and Craig Dawson ensured victory for the Hammers who still have hopes of a top-four finish for this season.
It’s a stark contrast to last season for David Moyes’ team. This time last year the club were in a relegation zone and staring at the possibility of a drop into the Championship.

The boss has done a stunning job, however, and West Ham are finally beginning to look up.
Fornals cost the Hammers £24 million in the summer of 2019 and has taken some time to adapt to life in the Premier League.
This season he has found the net three times and also registered three assists, earning the trust it would seem of Moyes.
Fornals earns £67,000-a-week at the London Stadium and right now he is justifying his wage.
Last night supporters took to Twitter to rave about the performance of the Spaniard who shone against Leeds.
Here is what the Hammers fan base were saying about the versatile forward.
Pablo Fornals is a superb footballer. Absolutely love the bloke ❤️❤️❤️

I’m absolutely buzzing today. Dawson was so good last night, Fornals great too but a big shout out for Aaron Cresswell. Unreal how much he’s improved. His awareness and positioning has got so much better over last 6 months. Brilliant defender and his delivery is summin else 😅

Maybe not our best team performance last night, but some brilliant individual performances- Dawson, Rice, Lingard, Cresswell and Fornals were all fantastic. Benrahma looked lively when he got on the ball and Fabianski back in the team was good to see as well ⚒
