A number of West Ham United fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Nikola Vlasic after their summer signing scored for Croatia on Tuesday.
Vlasic was named on the bench for his country as they prepared to face Slovenia in their latest World Cup qualifier.

The 23-year-old came on shortly before the hour mark with the score at 1-0. And he certainly went on to make a major impact.
As shown by Whoscored, Vlasic completed three key passes. Remarkably, he was only one behind Marcelo Brozovic, who topped the charts amongst players on either side.
And the former Everton man rounded off the scoring with their third. It was a smart header at the back post in stoppage-time.

Vlasic demonstrated his finishing ability. But he also impressed supporters with his movement in the build-up to the goal, peeling off the last defender to get himself into space.
Vlasic may be feeling a little pressure after his deadline day move to West Ham. As reported by the Guardian, he has arrived for a fee of around £25 million.
And with no natural striker coming in, David Moyes’s men will certainly be looking to the youngster to make a contribution.
