A number of West Ham United fans have taken to Twitter to comment on reports from the Daily Mirror over the weekend suggesting that Arsenal want Issa Diop this summer – and it appears that the reports have divided some of the supporters.
The Mirror reported that Diop had come onto the Gunners’ radar, and Mikel Arteta was interested in potentially signing the Frenchman on the cheap should the Hammers go down this season.

It was noted by the Mirror that Diop would cost at least double the £22.5 million the Irons paid for him should David Moyes keep the side up once the season resumes.
Arteta is reportedly looking to potentially pair Diop with William Saliba once he returns from his loan spell in France once the season concludes.

The news that Arsenal want Diop appears to have split some of the supporters on social media. But it does appear that most West Ham fans have no interest in seeing the 23-year-old leave.
A number have demanded that the bidding should only start at £60 million. Diop looks to have enormous potential, and the fans are clearly keen to see him only move on if Arsenal break the bank.
However, it is also suggested that West Ham should be open to a £50 million sale. One fan has claimed that the Hammers can do a lot better based on what they have seen from the youngster this term.
Here is what some of the supporters make of the reports concerning Diop…
