West Ham United are reportedly rivalling Crystal Palace for Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos this summer – and Hammers fans have reacted on Twitter by urging their club to land the Colombian goal machine.
The Daily Record have claimed that both West Ham and Palace are showing tentative interest in the former HJK Helsinki striker, after some wonderful form in 2018-19.
The 23-year-old found the back of the net 30 times in all competitions for the Gers, scoring in the Europa League finishing at the top of the goalscoring rankings last term. He has a contract at Rangers until 2023.
However, his name was in the headlines for more than just his goals, as he clocked up five red cards throughout the campaign. The majority of those red cards were down to dissent, or lashing out after provocation.
West Ham, meanwhile, are closing in on the signing of Sebastian Haller from German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt – but they have lose Marko Arnautovic, Andy Carroll and Lucas Perez this summer.
West Ham fans have reacted to the news that their club are reportedly in the mix to sign Rangers striker Morelos, and the majority of fans are keen to see the Colombia international move south to east London this summer.

They’d want a fortune for him (Kieran Tierney money) as he’s the first asset Rangers have had in a decade.
