Swedish outlet Fotbollskanalen have claimed that Arsenal, Manchester United and Rangers are interested in signing West Ham United youngster Sead Haksabanovic after scouting the playmaker – and Hammers fans have reacted on Twitter.
Five-time Montenegro international Haksabanovic, 20, joined West Ham from Swedish side Halmstad in the summer of 2017 for £2.7million (Sun). However, he has managed just two games for West Ham’s senior side – playing 18 times for the reserves.
Now, the latest reports claim that his form on loan at Swedish side Norrkoping has caught the attention of some of the Premier League’s biggest sides in Arsenal and Manchester United – as well as Steven Gerrard’s Rangers.
Haksabanovic moved to Norrkoping in January 2019 on an 18-month loan until the summer of 2020. He has since managed 34 appearances in all competitions, having a hand in 16 goals from midfield – scoring eight and creating eight.
Such form has attracted scouts from the three aforementioned clubs, despite Haksabanovic hardly setting the world alight in the Premier League at West Ham. He has hardly been given a chance by the likes of Manuel Pellegrini, or David Moyes.
Now, West Ham fans have reacted on Twitter to the news that Arsenal, Manchester United and Rangers are all keen on signing Haksabanovic – with his contract expiring in 2022. Hammers supporters have reacted indifferently.

Another player bought in and ruined by West Ham! I don’t remember him getting much of a chance! I thought we were going to do the same to Fornals, but we stuck with him and got rewarded!
