West Ham are reportedly one of the teams that are interested in Huddersfield Town midfielder Aaron Mooy – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter are not impressed by the news.
The 28-year-old has just suffered a relegation from the Premier League with Huddersfield and is entering the final year of his contract with the Yorkshire club.
According to The World Game, West Ham are involved in a widespread chase for the Australia international.
The report details that Newcastle United, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Watford, Southampton and Leicester City also want him.
Mooy is expected to cost around £14.8million to buy this summer and the top-flight clubs are queuing up.
The central midfielder played just 30 times in all competitions this campaign and hasn’t enjoyed the best year.
But the campaign before was influential in keeping Huddersfield in the Premier League and he’s shown he can compete at the elite level.

A selection of Hammers fans on social media don’t believe that the Huddersfield creator is good enough to break into their team.
Manuel Pellegrini is looking to build a squad that can compete for Europe and do have plenty of options.
They already have the likes of Declan Rice, Mark Noble, Manuel Lanzini and Jack Wilshere as options in the centre of the park.
Here are some West Ham fans angry at the Mooy speculation:
