West Ham are reportedly interested in a move for Tottenham’s Fernando Llorente – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter have reacted negatively to the speculation.
According to the Sun, the Hammers are keen on a swoop for the 34-year-old this summer on a free transfer.
The striker is out of contract with Spurs in the summer, despite playing an important role in their run to the Champions League final.
The report details that Premier League pair West Ham and Leicester City are keen on the Spaniard, plus European duo Barcelona and Napoli.
Llorente has been a back-up option to Harry Kane at Spurs this season, but still be needed on a regular occasions and made 34 appearances across all competitions.
The towering centre-forward has chipped in with eight goals and also laid on five assists.
