David Moyes’s West Ham United are determined to sign Victor Boniface in the January transfer window.
That is according to TuttoJuve, which has reported how much West Ham are willing to pay for the Bayer Leverkusen striker.
So, what has been reported about West Ham United and Victor Boniface? Let’s take a look.
West Ham United ready to bid for Victor Boniface
Well, according to TuttoJuve, West Ham United want to sign Victor Boniface from Bayer Leverkusen in the final days of the January transfer window.
The report in the Italian news outlet has claimed that West Ham are willing to “shell out a mind-boggling amount to secure the striker’s services”.

TuttoJuve has reported that the Hammers are ready to make a bid of more than €70 million (£60 million) for the 23-year-old Nigeria international striker, who, according to Bayer Managing Director of Sport, Simon Rolfes, is a “quick” and “strong” striker who is “very commanding and difficult to handle”.
The report has noted that Juventus are interested in Boniface. The Sun has credited Chelsea and Newcastle United with interest in the Bayer star. Arsenal have also been linked.
My View: Victor Boniface would make West Ham better
In my opinion, Victor Boniface would be a very good signing for West Ham United in the January transfer window, not just for now, but for the long term as well. After all, he is just 23 years of age.
I believe that the Bayer Leverkusen striker would make the Hammers better and more potent in attack.
The 23-year-old has been superb for Bayer since joining them in the summer of 2023. He has scored 10 goals and given seven assists in 15 Bundesliga starts and has scored four goals and provided one assist in four UEFA Europa League starts this season.
Bayer are at the top of the Bundesliga table at the moment, and it will be interesting to see if the German club are willing to cash in on Boniface in the middle of the season.
