West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers are both interested in a deal for Chelsea forward Joao Felix, TBR Football can exclusively reveal.
Felix is currently on loan at AC Milan in Serie A, a decision Chelsea took in January following the forward’s lack of chances under Enzo Maresca.
Prior to leaving on loan, the 25-year-old was predominantly playing in Chelsea’s Conference League campaign, a role not befitting of a player of his quality.
Felix has since made a promising start in Milan but opportunities have now become harder to find at the San Siro too — a player who’s struggling to find the right fit for his talent.
West Ham and Wolves interested in Joao Felix
That being said, TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey understands that Chelsea have told Felix that he can speak to other clubs about a summer move.
Chelsea have made it clear to the Portugal international that he is not of the club’s long-term plans, despite only signing him from Atletico Madrid for £45m last summer.

As such, Todd Boehly’s side are encouraging Felix’s camp to touch base with other clubs.
As a result, there is interest in Felix from other Premier League clubs — both West Ham and Wolves would be willing to consider loan moves next season.
However, at this gate a move to the continent looks more likely and his former club Benfica are seen as a serious option.
Felix would be open to a Benfica return and Chelsea are realising that a loan with an option-to-buy is the best chance of a move.
The striker scored 20 goals in 41 appearances for Benfica before leaving for Spain, a young talent who promised to become one of the world’s best on initial viewing.
Cristiano Ronaldo wants Joao Felix to choose Saudi Pro League
Of course, another option for Felix this summer could be the Saudi Pro League.
Cristiano Ronaldo is understood to have recommended his compatriot to his bosses and Saudi Arabia could yet emerge as an option for the Chelsea forward.
Otherwise, Italian side Como also hold an interest in Felix as they see him as a possible replacement for Nico Paz if he departs.
Real Madrid want to re-sign Paz next year, a player who has become so crucial for Cesc Fabregas’ side.
Clearly Felix won’t be short of options, however it does seem probable that the Chelsea man could be set for yet another season out on loan.
