Morelos bid ‘rejected’
West Brom have had a bid of around £10 million rejected by Rangers for striker Alfredo Morelos (Daily Record).

There were also further add-ons for if Albion secured promotion back to the Premier League.
The Baggies have been told the offer falls way short of the club’s valuation of the player, making a deadline day swoop unlikely.
Pereira flying in
The Baggies are reportedly closing in on winger Matheus Pereira, who is flying in today according to Express & Star.

A breakthrough has been reached and he is now expected to complete a loan move, after original plans for a £9 million obligation to buy were scrapped.
That obligation is now dependent on Albion winning promotion to the Premier League.
Diangana latest
West Brom are also expected to complete the signing of Grady Diangana from West Ham United on a season-long loan (Express & Star).

Slaven Bilic called his old club on Tuesday to enquire about the 21-year-old, who made 17 appearances last term.
It would appear the Premier League side are open to letting Diangana leave, and Bilic’s influence appears to have prevented a potential move to Derby County for the player.
