Austin and Diangana sign
West Brom have completed four signings on transfer deadline day, taking their total player incomings to nine for the summer.

To start, the Baggies initially brought in Grady Diangana from West Ham United on a season-long loan, and striker Charlie Austin from Southampton for around £4 million (Sky Sports live blog, 14:06).
30-year-old Austin has signed a two-year deal, and will be looking to continue his respectable goalscoring record in the English second division.

Diangana will be looking to get regular football at the Hawthorns after breaking into West Ham’s first-team last term.
The 21-year-old played a bit-part role under Manuel Pellegrini in 2018/19 and will now spend 2019/20 under the tutelage of former Irons boss Bilic.
Moron bid rejected
Mundo Deportivo have claimed West Brom had made an offer for Real Betis striker Loren Moron.

Albion were apparently battling Cardiff City for the 25-year-old, but neither club succeeded in their efforts.
West Brom surely won’t be too disappointed though since they were able to get Austin in from Southampton.
Willock and Pereira sign
The club have also completed deadline day moves for Chris Willock and Matheus Pereira.
The Benfica youngster Willock, brother of Arsenal starlet Joe, joins the club on loan, while Brazilian winger Pereira also joins temporarily from Sporting CP.
