West Brom gave their Premier League survival bid an injection of life with a comprehensive thrashing of Southampton.
The Baggies defeated Chelsea 5-2 last week and Sam Allardyce’s men were once again fantastic on Monday night.
One man who shone throughout the tie was the scorer of the team’s second goal, Matt Phillips.
He scored in between goals by Matheus Pereira and Callum Robinson to give the team a 3-0 victory over the Saints.

Sam Johnstone saved a late penalty from James Ward-Prowse to add to the Baggies’ solid performance.
Phillips, 30, is playing pretty well under Allardyce and he was a standout throughout the clash.
He’s now scored twice in 27 appearances in all competitions this season and will continue striving for consistency.
The £20,000-a-week player came in for some praise on Twitter after tonight’s contest with supporters raving about him.
Here is a look at what the Baggies fan base had to say about the winger’s performance.
