Leeds, West Ham and Tottenham are reportedly among the clubs interested in raiding West Bromwich Albion for England goalkeeper Sam Johnstone this summer – and Baggies fans have reacted on Twitter to the reports that he could be on his way.

Johnstone, 28, has caught the eye this season with his performances for the Baggies. While he has only managed five clean sheets in his 29 Premier League appearances and conceded 57 goals – Johnstone has made save after save for the Midlands side.

The Express & Star claims that Leeds are ‘believed to be interested’ in signing goalkeeper Johnstone, who was called up to the latest England squad to face San Marino, Albania and Poland. Leeds are not the only club keeping an eye on Johnstone.

ESPN say that Tottenham are leading West Ham and Leeds in the race to sign the goalkeeper, with a fee of £10million only needed to acquire the goalkeeper. He has a contract with the Baggies until the summer of 2022, worth £32,500 a week (Spotrac).

West Brom fans discussed the future of Johnstone amid reports that three Premier League clubs want to sign the Baggies star, with West Brom looking more and more likely to be relegated from the top tier. Many think he will be on his way this summer.
