Rangers goalkeeper Wes Foderingham is being linked with an exit in January. According to the Express, the English goalkeeper is wanted by Leeds United, who are currently facing a shortage in the goalkeeper department.
Previously the first-choice keeper under both Mark Warburton and Pedro Caixinha, as well as interim boss Graeme Murty, it became swiftly evident that Steve Gerrard did not see him the same way.

With Allan McGregor’s return to Ibrox that was confirmed and Foderingham has spent the season on the Rangers bench.
His exit could, however, act as something of a reprieve to another Rangers goalkeeper. With McGregor’s arrival, Jak Alnwick went from the second choice to third.
“Right now they all see themselves as number ones and they have still got time to impress and stake their claim for number one. Right now sitting here, I don’t have a number one in my head.
“They have all started very strongly but I know I am going to have to have a tough conversation with one of them in the coming weeks.”– Steven Gerrard discussing his goalkeepers at the start of the season
At the start of the season, he seemed the back-up. However, he soon dropped below Foderingham as Gerrard admitted he was not sure who was his number one.
The Rangers boss eventually sanctioned a loan move to Scunthorpe for Alnwick, after deciding he was the third choice. He has since been a regular for the League One club but his loan deal at Glanford Park ends in January.
With Foderingham’s permanent exit Alnwick would surely get a chance to be back-up to McGregor once again from the winter.
An Ibrox exit for Foderingham might give Alnwick a reprieve in Glasgow under Gerrard.
