A number of Glasgow Rangers fans have welcomed a “huge” new arrival at Ibrox this week.
On Friday, the Gers announced the appointment of Dave Vos as assistant manager to Ibrox boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
The new Rangers manager has been putting together his coaching team in wake of Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox departure.

And Vos, one of the most highly rated young coaches in Dutch football, is a truly exciting addition.
The 38-year-old joins Rangers from Ajax, where he was manager of their Under-18s.
He joins his compatriots Roy Makaay, Yori Bosschaart and Arno Phillps in working alongside Van Bronckhorst.
Vos has also had spells with Jong Ajax and the Dutch FA.
Van Bronckhorst told the Rangers media team: “I am really happy that Dave will join our staff and I have a really good feeling of what he will bring to our group.
“He is a highly energetic and innovative coach and having him with us will be of benefit to everyone.
“Dave will help me and the other staff a lot to develop our players and our team.”
And plenty of Rangers fans are just as happy – here’s what some Bears have been saying on Twitter:
