A number of Arsenal fans have welcomed the news that Gunners newcomer Mat Ryan was in full training on Friday.
The Brighton goalkeeper, a boyhood Arsenal fan, linked up with Mikel Arteta’s side in January on a loan deal until the end of the season.
Ryan had fallen out of favour at Brighton, losing his spot to Robert Sanchez after a 3-0 loss to Leicester in December.

Arsenal, meanwhile, were on the lookout for a new deputy for Bernd Leno after summer signing Alex Runarsson struggled when handed the first-team gloves.
Leno’s sending off at Wolves in midweek will see him miss out on Saturday’s trip to Aston Villa.
Ryan has been sidelined with a hip problem but his return to full training means he could take the gloves for the game.
And some Arsenal fans are happy that Arteta could potentially call on the Australian instead of Runarsson for the trip to Villa Park:
Arsenal currently sit 10th in the Premier League table, nine points adrift of the top four.
