‘Was fun while it lasted’: Arsenal fans react as Dominik Szoboszlai heads to RB Leipzig

Arsenal fans have been discussing Dominik Szoboszlai again today, as the midfielder appears set to sign for RB Leipzig and shun Premier League interest.

The Hungarian star is set to complete a move from Salzburg to Leipzig, with the German club set to pay around £22m for his services, per reports from Sky Germany.

Szoboszlai’s move to the Bundesliga will end speculation that he might end up in England. Both Arsenal and north London rivals, Spurs, had been credited with showing a strong interest in the 20-year-old.

Arsenal fans, though, are understandably a bit gutted about the deal. Szoboszlai was thought to be high on the agenda for Mikel Arteta and it is another blow in the market for the Gunners.

Some Gunners fans, then, were not too happy on Twitter at hearing the news about Szoboszlai.
