Wales defeated the Republic of Ireland 1-0 yesterday afternoon and afterwards Tottenham Hotspur youngster Joe Rodon came in for some praise on Twitter.
The youngster made the switch to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the summer and supporter will have been encouraged by his international display.
Wales secured the win thanks to a David Brooks goal in the second half, with Ireland having Jeff Hendrick sent off deep into stoppage time.
It was Rodon that caught the eye of some supporters on Twitter though and the defender looks to be a real find by Tottenham.

He played as part of a back three alongside club teammate Ben Davies and Bournemouth enforcer Chris Mepham.
The 23-year-old looks assured at the back and Tottenham fans will hope it isn’t too long before he’s strutting his stuff at club level.
Jose Mourinho chose to part with £11 million of his kitty to sign the defender and will clearly have high hopes for him.
Eric Dier and Toby Alderweireld are currently occupying the centre-back spots at club level.
Rodon will need to work hard to win a place in Mourinho’s plans but he’ll surely fancy the challenge.
Here is what supporters were saying about the defender during yesterday’s match.
