Victor Osimhen’s agent has told AllNigeriaSoccer.com that there is no agreement for his client to leave French side Lille yet, but Arsenal, Tottenham, Liverpool and plenty of other clubs have made contact.

Osimhen has been in stunning form this season, despite only joining Lille less than 12 months ago. The Nigeria international has netted 18 goals in 38 league and cup appearances for the French side.

Given he is just 21 years of age, Osimhen has been strongly linked with some of Europe’s biggest clubs – and is rated at a whopping £70million by French outlet Le10Sport. Napoli have been linked with agreeing a deal for Osimhen.

But in an interview with AllNigeriaSoccer, Osimhen’s representative Osita Okolo has claimed that although there is no agreement with Napoli – the majority of Premier League’s biggest clubs have made contact over a move.

“Napoli has not agreed a deal with Osimhen,” Okolo said. “All the mentioned clubs (Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Chelsea) have made contact with him.”

TBR’s view – Which club need Osimhen the most?

Chelsea are about to complete the signing of Timo Werner so even if they wanted Osimhen, the Nigerian would surely ignore their interest due to a lack of game time. Liverpool are unlikely to drop any of their current front three.

Manchester United have resigned Odion Ighalo until January, and he is competition for both Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood. A new striker is not needed, at least until January.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette remain at Arsenal – but Osimhen could be needed if the duo depart. Tottenham, though, do need a striker as cover for Harry Kane and Osimhen could be ideal.
