Leeds United ace Stuart Dallas was the star of the show on Saturday as he helped Marcelo Bielsa’s charges record an incredible victory at Manchester City.
While that may have been arguably his standout performance for Leeds, he’s certainly been a great servant to the Elland Road side over the years.
Since joining from Brentford in 2015, Dallas has made 223 competitive appearances for Leeds, scoring 26 goals and claiming 17 assists.

In addition to his talent and attitude, the Northern Irishman is also an incredibly versatile player who has turned out on both flanks in attack and defence, as well as all over the midfield.
A left-back by trade, Dallas was named in midfield at the Etihad, and scored two goals to help Leeds – who had gone down to ten men – record a 2-1 win.
“He just seems to be in every corner of the pitch all of the time so when an attack is developing he’s there, when he’s having to defend he’s there,” Stephen Baxter, his former boss at Crusaders, told Sky Sports.
“He can play in so many different positions, his versatility is really incredible. You just throw him into all these different positions so nothing surprises me with Stuart.
“To just mix it and climb in the different leagues he’s played in has just been superb and to watch his rise has been brilliant.
“He’s every manager’s dream because he listens and he learns. I watched him on Saturday hitting the box late and making those dragging runs from one half to the next.”
The 29-year-old is contracted to Leeds until the summer of 2023 and is reportedly on £35,000-a-week.
But given his service to the club and the fact he remains a key member of Bielsa’s team, surely he deserves a bumper new contract extension from Victor Orta.
Some Leeds fans certainly reckon so as well:
