Ex-England striker Gary Lineker has tweeted a list of promising young English talents to get excited about in the future.

And Leeds United star Jack Clarke is one of the names on the list. Lineker believes Clarke is an exciting prospect to watch out for in the future.

Clarke features alongside several talented starlets, including Jadon Sancho, Declan Rice, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Trent Alexander-Arnold.

This is testament to just how good the 18-year-old winger has been since making his first-team breakthrough under Marcelo Bielsa this season.

Clarke has played in 17 Championship matches, four of which have been starts, and he has picked up two goals and two assists.

In January, Clarke was linked with a host of Premier League clubs including Southampton and Tottenham Hotspur, as per Sky Sports News.

But the Leeds academy graduate remained at Elland Road and will be hoping to guide his boyhood club to promotion back to the Premier League this season.
