Arsenal star Declan Rice appears to be impressed with Tottenham Hotspur since Ange Postecoglou took charge of the club.
Spurs have been transformed this season. They were a pain to watch when Antonio Conte was at the helm, but since Postecoglou became their manager, Tottenham‘s style of football has been extremely attractive.

Declan Rice says Tottenham have been ‘unreal’ under Ange Postecoglou
Tottenham Hotspur look nothing like they did last season, and that’s all thanks to Ange Postecoglou.
There were a few doubts about the Australian when he was first appointed as the Spurs boss. Some people questioned if he would be good enough because he had never managed in a top league before.
However, the excitement levels around the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium have been on another level since he took charge of the club, and the players are responding too.
That has made rival clubs stand up and take notice this season, so much so that Declan Rice, who plays for Spurs’ biggest rivals, Arsenal, has claimed that he thinks Tottenham have been ‘unreal’ under Postecoglou.
While talking about Arsenal’s rivals in the Premier League, Rice told Sky Sports: “I hate watching it now, I hate watching it. I see the results but I just try to focus on what we’re doing. We can’t control what others are doing.
“The league is so strong. City are unbelievable, Liverpool are unbelievable, Spurs have been unreal under Ange, Villa under Emery have been so good as well.
“Every game is tough and you cannot overlook anyone and anything can happen. I’m really relishing going out every week and having to play really well.”
Tottenham could challenge Arsenal next season
As good as Tottenham have been this season, they aren’t quite on Arsenal’s level.
The Gunners are challenging for the Premier League and Champions League titles under Mikel Arteta, who has truly transformed the club over the last few years.
Tottenham’s squad don’t need as much of an overhaul as Arsenal‘s did, which means Ange Postecoglou could make Spurs title contenders as early as next season.
With Jurgen Klopp leaving Liverpool, a spot will likely be up for grabs for another club to step up at the top end of the table. We won’t be surprised at all if that team will be Tottenham.
