A number of Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to praise Joe Willock’s performance for Mikel Arteta’s Gunners in the Europa League last night.
The 21-year-old was once again given the nod in the Arsenal starting XI as they cruised past Molde in the Europa League to seal qualification to the knockout stages.
Willock struggled against Leeds last time out, the Hale End gem deployed as a No. 10 on that occasion, but last night, he was named alongside Granit Xhaka in a central midfield two.

He put in a much-improved display as Arsenal ran out 3-0 winners, providing assists for Nicolas Pepe’s 50th-minute opener and Reiss Nelson’s close-range shot five minutes later.
As well as his goal contributions, Willock’s movement and composure were impressive throughout, giving Arteta food for thought going forward as another great central midfield option.
Needless to say plenty of Arsenal fans were impressed with the academy graduate’s efforts on the night and praised him on social media.
