Leeds United pulled off a sensational comeback to defeat Millwall at Elland Road last night. The Whites trailed 2-0 at half-time but fought back with a scintillating second-half display. Two goals from Patrick Bamford, either side of a Pablo Hernandez deflected effort, secured all three points for Leeds. With West Brom losing to Cardiff City, it took the West Yorkshire side back to the top of the Championship.
It was also an exciting game for Leeds fans, as they hoped to get a look at one of their new signings.
Jean-Kevin Augustin watched from the stands, but Ian Carlo Poveda was on the bench for the first game.
Poveda did not make it onto the pitch for his debut, but it seems he enjoyed his first Leeds United experience.
He took to Twitter after the game, highlighting how impressed he was with the Leeds fans.

There is no doubt that the Leeds fans were in fine voice last night as they got one over a traditional rival at home.
It was a tough game for Leeds and the continued support of the fans was undoubtedly a key factor in helping Marcelo Bielsa’s side get the win.
Poveda will now be looking forward to playing in front of the Leeds United fanbase for the first time in the weeks to come.
