Jack Grealish has been lucky enough to play with arguably the two best strikers of the modern era.
The England international is currently Erling Haaland’s teammate at Manchester City, while he gets to play with Harry Kane on international duty.
Speaking to Ben Foster in an interview for Amazon, Grealish has touched on how lucky he feels to have played with both Kane and Haaland, but he also spared some special praise for another player – Gabriel Jesus.
The £45m Arsenal striker may be one of Grealish’s great rivals these days, but, at one point, they were teammates at the Etihad, and, by the sound of things, Grealish really enjoyed playing with the Brazilian.

Grealish loved playing with Jesus
The former Aston Villa star spoke about Jesus.
They’re both unbelievable strikers [Kane and Haaland] and me playing in this team I have been lucky enough to play with some unbelievable strikers in my two and a half years here. I mean even Gabriel Jesus when he was here, Raz as a winger, Riyad Mahrez was one of the best players I’ve ever played with and now Erling. I’m so lucky to have played with these players and they can help my game and I can help theirs.
Fantastic
Gabriel Jesus may well be one of the more underrated players in the Premier League.
He’s been unfortunate in that he’s never been the main man at Arsenal nor City, but he’s certainly good enough to be a key player at a top club.
He’s been overshadowed by the likes of Bukayo Saka and Sergio Aguero over the years, but as Grealish says, he’s a fantastic player who deserves to be recognised as one of the best around.
Manchester City’s loss was certainly Arsenal’s gain, and Jesus has played a huge part in Arsenal’s ascension to being genuine title challengers over the past 18 months.
