Manchester City midfielder Jack Grealish has now shared his verdict on Tottenham Hotspur under Ange Postecoglou this season.
The England midfielder was speaking to Sky Sports following City’s late 2-1 win at Luton Town yesterday.

And when justifying City’s recent form, Grealish did also pay a compliment to Tottenham’s progress this season.
He said: “I think a lot of people like to talk about City and go on like it’s a big crisis whereas in reality we have played against very good teams.
“We have played Spurs, who have been unbelievable. Liverpool who are top of the league.
“And then we have played Chelsea and Aston Villa away, who have got one of the best home records in the whole of Europe so we have played brilliant teams.
“We lost one and drew three, so it’s not the end of the world but people like to pretend it is sometimes.”
Of course, it must be even sweeter for Tottenham to receive this compliment knowing that they are still not at their best.
Despite recovering a few more bodies against Newcastle United yesterday, key players have still been missing.
Man City’s Jack Grealish praises Tottenham following yesterday’s win
Pep Guardiola’s side have endured a tough spell recently, and whilst Grealish will underplay it, the squad surely will be disappointed.
As much as Tottenham have been missing the likes of James Maddison and Micky van de Ven, City simply don’t seem able to cope with the absence of Rodri in midfield.

The Spaniard was missing for the defeat at Aston Villa and subsequently returned for yesterday’s win.
Of course, Kalivin Phillips is playing next to no role in these games, a player who will surely be on the move in January.
Spurs have been linked in the past, and the move would still look to be an incredibly smart one.
Nonetheless, some Tottenham fans may enjoy a bit of praise from Man City’s Jack Grealish, an ode to how imposing their style is becoming this season.
And one pundit would certainly point to Ange Postecoglou’s full-backs as a key reason behind that success.
