Both Leeds and Liverpool will have had their attention drawn to Italy, as Udinese chief Pasquale Marino admitted the club could lose Rodrigo De Paul in the summer.
Sporting Director Marino made the admission speaking to Radio 24 (quotes via Goal), conceding that if someone does sign De Paul, he will make them a better team.

Liverpool and Leeds have been credited with an interest in De Paul in the past. Reports in January claimed the Reds had identified De Paul as a potential Gini Wijnaldum replacement. While back in the summer, Leeds reportedly refused to pay £35m for the Argentinian.
However, despite De Paul admitting he was happy in Udinese this week, Marino was a bit more sceptical about his future.
“He has characteristics that many top clubs in Europe are missing. I hope it doesn’t happen, but whoever signs him next summer will raise their team to a different level,” Marino said.

Those comments seem to suggest the Italian club are open to a sale this summer. De Paul has once again been a regular for the Serie A side and has proven his quality over the course of the campaign.
TBR View: De Paul will attract interest and would fit in at both Leeds and Liverpool
Players of quality like De Paul are always going to get admiring glances from around the world and Europe, so it’s little surprise talk of De Paul’s future still lingers.
Both clubs in the Premier League mentioned here would be happy to have him. A combative yet quality midfield player who can bring drive and energy to the middle of the park.
Udinese seem to accept they’ll lose their man. It appears to be just a case of when, and who to.
