How Twitter reacted to news that Arsenal’s Danny Welbeck is ruled out for three weeks
There was some breaking news coming out of the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday afternoon as Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger confirmed that Danny Welbeck will be out of action for a month.
The 26-year-old has forced his way into the Arsenal starting eleven so far this season, finding the back of the net three times in five appearances – more than his final tally for the 2016-17 campaign.
But Welbeck picked up a groin injury in the 0-0 draw with Chelsea at the weekend and Wenger confirmed that he will miss the upcoming matches against West Brom, BATE Borisov and Brighton.
Talking to Arsenal’s official website on Tuesday, Wenger said:
“Danny [Welbeck] has a scan today, we don’t know how bad his groin injury is but he will certainly be out until the international break. [Frances] Coquelin as well. [Mathieu] Debuchy is coming back slowly.”
Yet another injury continues Welbeck’s woeful recent record spent on the side-lines, with the England international now missing 94 games over the course of the last six seasons with various injury problems.

Not celebrating an injury but a month of no Welbeck falling over and wasting every chance is top stuff

Gutted to hear Welbeck is out at least 3 weeks. Aslong as it doesn't end up turning into a month after month saga again
