How Twitter reacted to Jack Wilshere's FA misconduct charge
While celebrating the team’s success, the bus came to a halt outside the Emirates Stadium. Everything was running soundly, then the young Englishman took to the mic. What proceeded certainly wasn’t “Wonderwall” or even a “Champione” chant.
An Arsenal classic burst out of Wilshere’s mouth, much to the delight of the fans. A ‘question & answer’ like chant of “What do we think of Tottenham?”, “SH*T” sounded out around Arsenal’s patch of North London. “What do you think of shit?”, “Tottenham!”
The FA proceeded to take action, charging the 23-year-old with misconduct, as per BBC Sport. He had previously been warned by English football’s governing body for a similar outburst after last year’s Cup win. Wilshere now has till 6pm on the 10th June to respond to the charge.
