West Ham United lost 3-2 to Tottenham Hotspur yesterday with the scoreline certainly flattering the home side who were blown away by Jose Mourinho’s new team.
The Hammers were 3-0 down at one point and it could have been more in another poor display from the out of form side.
Tottenham were also helped out by yet another uninspiring performance from the West Ham goalkeeper Roberto.

The 33-year-old has struggled for form since replacing the injured Lukasz Fabianski between the sticks and has received plenty of stick for his latest showing.
One former West Ham player who is thoroughly unconvinced by the former Espanyol and Malaga stopper is Trevor Sinclair. The ex-England international, who spent five years at Upton Park, took to Twitter to make his feelings known on the matter.
It has certainly not been a great start to life at West Ham for the experienced stopper and fans at the club are growing increasingly disappointed with his displays.
West Ham’s usual number one Fabianski had become a pillar of reliability so to see Roberto performing so poorly is even more frustrating as a consequence.
Fans will be hoping the Polish international recovers from his hip surgery as soon as possible.
