Trevor Sinclair believes Aston Villa would be the perfect move for in-demand Brentford star Ollie Watkins.
The attacker’s future is currently in some doubt, with a number of clubs from the Premier League said to be interested.

Villa have been linked, while football.london produced a report yesterday indicating that he is also an option for Tottenham Hotspur.
Watkins is in high demand after a brilliant 2019/20 for the Bees that saw him bang in 25 Championship goals, as well as a few assists.
Brentford will not make life easy for potential suitors, with a £28 million asking price supposedly having been set.

In the eyes of former West Ham United and Manchester City winger Sinclair though, Villa would be the best move for Watkins this window.
He told Jim White and Natalie Sawyer on talkSPORT: “Villa would be perfect for him. When they had Tammy Abraham they were flying and Ollie has got the same kind of figure and physicality.
“He’s quick and knows how to score a goal and get in the right areas. He would be perfect for Villa. I think he’s been a class act and deserves the move.”
TBR’s View – Watkins would be a coup for Villa
Villa need extra firepower going into the 2020/21 season, with Wesley Moraes and Mbwana Samatta both struggling last term.

Borja Baston was also brought in in January but the Spaniard has only made a couple of appearances.
Watkins has showcased his eye for goal and has tremendous physical qualities that could make him a huge threat in the Premier League.
He’d improve Villa, but they would be a good environment for him to take his game to the next level.
