West Ham lost a hard-fought game against the Eagles after a late Jordan Ayew goal was given following a close VAR decision.
It was tough on West Ham, who had put in a strong display and been thwarted by Palace goalkeeper Vicente Guatia.

Their goal, in particular, was a wonderfully worked move which was swept home by Sebastien Haller.
It had West Ham fans purring and Sinclair was in agreement with them. The former England international, who spent five years at Upton Park, took to Twitter to reveal his appreciation for the West Ham goal and performance yesterday.
West Ham have had a positive start to the new season and fans would have undoubtedly enjoyed their first goal yesterday.
