Trent Alexander-Arnold says Mohamed Salah has an attribute he’s never seen any other player replicate

Trent Alexander-Arnold has played alongside some absolutely amazing players during his time at Liverpool.

The Premier League and Champions League winner has worked with the likes of Virgil van Dijk, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino at Anfield, but perhaps the best player Alexander-Arnold has shared a pitch with is Mohamed Salah.

The Egyptian has been utterly brilliant for Liverpool since arriving at the club, and speaking to Sky Sports, Alexander-Arnold has been full of praise for Salah.

Alexander-Arnold picked Salah as the most consistent player he’s ever worked with, claiming that it is an absolute privilege to be able to play alongside the attacker.

Trent Alexander-Arnold praises Mohamed Salah

The right-back spoke incredibly highly of Salah.

Alexander-Arnold said that Salah is an incredibly talented player, hailing the £34m man for just how consistent he is.

“Mo Salah’s consistency – from the moment he came into the team to the moment of today, the most consistent player I have ever, ever, ever seen, if am honest, and to witness it on a daily basis is a privilege to say the least,” Alexander-Arnold said.

“For everyone in the team, whether you are older than him, younger than him, he’s the person you look at for consistency, the way he looks after his body, the way he looks after himself, the way he game after game will get goals and assists and win those games and do special things, and he is incredible.”

How consistent is Salah?

Alexander-Arnold says that Salah is one of the most consistent players he’s ever seen, and he’s not wrong.

Micah Richards has praised Salah for how consistent he is, and the stats back that up.

Salah’s numbers for Liverpool over the years have been utterly ridiculous, and he’s on course to have yet another 20 goal season for the Reds this time around.

Salah’s contract status remains up in the air, and while the attacker may now be into his 30s, Liverpool would be fools to let the attacker leave the club when he still has so much to offer.

Salah remains one of the best players in the Premier League, and Liverpool ned to do all they can to try to keep hold of their star man for a few more years.
